自制的水胶


After making these dumplings for lunch, they are not really easy to make as I think the amount of floor and water to make the skin must be right. Or else the dough will come out either too hard or too soft. Mine turned out to be the latter. So, the process of rolling and stuffing to make into a dumpling took quite a while. But I must say, they still taste yummy; ha ha, not bad for a first try.
