The 'Anything goes hot pot'


I like the name of this recipe.
I took about an hour to prepare the soup base and ingredients.
Results? 90 minutes to enjoy it! It's yummy! It's like eating the chinese steamboat, just that the soup base taste different and much sweeter. Because of the special seasoning used for hot pots.

New Cook Book

Sometime ago, read from the Sunday Times's review on 'one-pot comforting meals'. From it, saw that the recipes in this cook book are not hard to follow and prepare. So, ordered it from Amazon.com. Waited for a month plus and here it is! Can't wait to try.
